Chairman of the Board, Henrik Hougaard, has informed, that trades have been made with FirstFarms' shares between companies closely related to Henrik Hougaard.

Pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation art. 19 and according to power of attorney to report transactions on behalf of Thoraso Invest Aps, Henrik Hougaard Invest ApS and Thoraso ApS, FirstFarms A/S shall hereby report transactions with FirstFarms A/S' shares, associated securities and convertible bonds by managerial staff and their related parties:

  

Thoraso ApS has also on 5 December 2018 bought convertible bonds in FirstFarms A/S for nominal DKK 26,338,983 from Thoraso Invest ApS. The bonds have been bought at a price of 100. FirstFarms' share has ISIN code DK0060056166, the bonds are not listed.
