Polarcus Limited ("Polarcus" or the "Company") (OSE: PLCS) announces the award of 70,000 performance share units ("PSUs") and 30,000 restricted share units ("RSUs") to Primary Insider, Jonathan Gallagher, VP Finance, pursuant to the Company's 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan.  Following the award, Mr. Gallagher, who joined the Company on 6 February 2019, holds 70,000 PSUs and 30,000 RSUs, zero (0) options and zero (0) shares in the Company.
