Kitron proposes dividend

(2012-03-21)The Board of Directors of Kitron ASA has approved the annual report and has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to pay a dividend of NOK 0,05 per share for the financial year 2011. The financial accounts remain unchanged compared with the Q4 report.
The AGM will be held 26 April 2012. Provided that the AGM adopts the proposal, the share will be traded ex-dividend as from 27 April 2012, and the dividend will be paid on or about 9 May 2012.
