Further to our company announcement issued on 10 August 2018 (cf. company announcement 7/2018), European Energy has today completed the divestment of a wind farm in Italy with a total capacity of 39 MW to Quercus Italian Wind 2 S.r.l a group company of Quercus Assets Selection S.C.A SICA.V-SIF, a Luxemburg's fund.

The wind farm is located in the municipalities of Tolve and Vaglio Basilicata Region, Italy. The wind farm was commissioned in 2018 and consists of a total of 13 Siemens SWT 3.0-113 MW turbines.

The sale will contribute positively to European Energy A/S' financial position.
