The new version features enhanced integration with the
SAP EHS Management (SAP EHSM) system, including a streamlined SAP EHSM-to-MSDgen interface. This simplifies the transfer of data from SAP EHSM into MSDgen for use in the efficient creation of safety data sheets (SDSs) and other hazard communication documents.
The enhanced interface allows users to author SDSs in MSDgen more productively while still using various other applications, features, and functions of SAP EHSM . The interface features the DMgen data migration tool, which allows data to be imported seamlessly from SAP EHSM into MSDgen. Supported data types include ingredient range data, additional component data, alternate trade name (ATN) data, and translations.
