Coffee Table Media Launches a Channel Presenting Unique Videos of Joseph Pilates' Personal Protégée -'Romana's Pilates'

The recordings ("Introduction to Pilates Mat", "Power House Mat Work", "Optimum Weight", "Ultimate Challenge Mat Workout") combine classes of the classical method with the history of Pilates and archive footage of Joseph Pilates himself. All classes are instructed by Romana Kryzanowska.
