Sodexo entrusts Kepler Cheuvreux, from October 11, 2016 and for a one-year period to be automatically renewed, the implementation of a liquidity agreement regarding its ordinary shares (Paris- Code ISIN FR0000121220) in compliance with the professional ethics charter of the AMAFI ( ) as approved by the AMF ( financiers) by a decision of March 21 2011.
For the implementation of this contract, the following will be credited on the Liquidity Account:
            -          Cash: EUR 25 000 000.
