Wei Wei Enjoying New Year's Eve in Nikki Beach Resort Koh Samui

The celebration began at 7:00pm , with Nikki Beach Koh Samui's signature champagne gala dinner at the main hall. The 4 course culinary affair featured champagne and options for the most discerning of palates, including but not limited to:  raw king salmon with fennel and tangerine gastrique and black lava salt, seared foie gras with granny smith apple puree and citrus chardonnay rosemary reduction, grilled waygu tenderloin or pan seared Chilean seabass. Pasta lovers had the Chef's special gnocchi tartufata with asparagus, basil, peas, mint, and a mushroom cream. After dinner, the guests headed to the world famous Nikki Beach sun beds with drinks and music continued till late into the night. Live DJs, surprises and a great atmosphere made New Year's Eve at Koh Samui an unforgettable evening.
