DASSAULT AVIATION sigla accordo definitivo relativo alla partecipazione in Thales
Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Parigi e NYSE: ALU) e Dassault Aviation hanno annunciato oggi di aver siglato un accordo definitivo relativo all'acquisizione da parte di Dassault Aviation della partecipazione detenuta da Alcatel-Lucent in Thales, ovvero 41.262.481 azioni.

- Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Parigi e NYSE: ALU) e Dassault Aviation hanno annunciato oggi di aver siglato un accordo definitivo relativo all'acquisizione da parte di Dassault Aviation della partecipazione detenuta da Alcatel-Lucent in Thales, ovvero 41.262.481 azioni.
L'operazione si basa su un prezzo di 38 euro per azioni, pari a un valore complessivo di circa 1,57 miliardi di euro.
Il closing della transazione, previsto per la primavera 2009, è soggetto all'ottenimento delle autorizzazioni regolamentari e antitrust.
