PROS - Expiry of subscription period of the subsequent offering - today at 16:30 hours (CET)

 

 

Luxembourg, 5 December 2012: Prospector Offshore Drilling S.A. (the "Company" or "PROS") announces the expiry of the subscription period of the subsequent offering. Reference is made to the announcement dated 21 November 2012 regarding publication of the prospectus dated 20 November 2012 (the "Prospectus") and the commencement of the subscription period for the subsequent offering. Allocation rights that are not exercised before the expiry of the subscription period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder as further described in the Prospectus.
 
Holders of allocation rights must, in order to subscribe for the shares in the subsequent offering, submit a correctly completed subscription form by fax, mail or delivery to either Pareto Securities AS ("Pareto") or Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken Ab (publ) Oslo ("SEB") no later than 16:30 hours (CET) today.
