The general meeting will take place Wednesday 21 August 2019 at 10:00 am at Harboes Bryggeri A/S, Spegerborgvej 34, 4230 Skælskør, Denmark.

Appendix re Agenda item 5: Election of members to the Board of Directors .

Pursuant to Article 15.2 of the Articles of Association, all members of the Board of Directors elected by general meeting are up for election.

The Board of Directors suggests re-election of:
Bernhard Griese, Søren Stampe, Mads Ole Krage, Søren Malling og Poul Calmer Møller.
