Akkodis partnered with a global healthcare manufacturer to integrate AI into supply and demand planning, aligning complex forecasts with production of critical equipment. Using advanced combinatorial optimization and a human-in-the-loop approach, the solution delivers rapid, bias-free scheduling recommendations, reducing scheduling time from five days to seconds and enabling enterprise-wide scalability. Akkodis Japan launched a program using generative AI and low-code tools to foster a hands-on, field-led approach to digital transformation. The initiative advanced operational excellence through automation and change management—saving over 15,000 hours annually by automating claims submissions and sales operations processes. Within just 10 months, more than 2,000 employees of Akkodis Japan (81% of those focused on internal operations) became proficient in AI tools.
