Liquidity contract Half-Year result

Regarding liquidity contract signed by Bonduelle with Exane BNP Paribas, the liquidity account held the following assets on December 31, 2018 (value date):

                              18,980    Shares;
                            162,737    Euros.

It is reminded that at the last half-year review, Bonduelle had the following assets on the liquidity account:

                            20,286      Shares;
                            96,991      Euros.

New liquidity contract compliant with AMF market practice

Bonduelle and Exane BNP Paribas signed a new liquidity contract compliant with the AMAFI liquidity contract and with the AMF market practice concerning Bonduelle (BON - FR0000063935 / Paris) listed on the Euronext Paris market, applicable as from January 1, 2019.

It is specified that the execution of the contract is suspended under the conditions referred to in Article 5 of the AMF Decision No. 2018-01 of July 2, 2018 establishing liquidity contracts on equity securities as a recognized market practice. It is also suspended at the request of Bonduelle for the period specified by the Company.

The contract may be terminated under the closing conditions stipulated in the contract:

• at any time, and without notice by Bonduelle,
• by Exane BNP Paribas with one month notice.

On the date of signing of the contract, Bonduelle had the following assets on the liquidity account:

                                   18,409      Shares;
                            179,283.50      Euros in cash.
