SOITEC : SOITEC ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF RÉMY PIERRE AS GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Soitec (Euronext), a world leader in manufacturing innovative semiconductor materials, announces the appointment of Rémy Pierre as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He reports to Paul Boudre, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Group.
Rémy Pierre brings more than 20 years' experience in leading financial positions with groups in various sectors of activities. During his career, he held both strategic corporate functions and more operational responsibilities.
Graduated from ESSEC business school* , Rémy Pierre was CFO of Airbus Defence and Space's Telecommunications and Navigation business unit, before overseeing the Lafarge group's financial strategy as vice president of finance and then heading up the Alstom group's finance control division.
Prior to joining Soitec's finance department, Rémy was CFO of the Lagardère Active group, Lagardère's Media & Entertainment division.
