As anticipated in Company Announcement No. 13/2018, Athena Investments A/S (“Athena”) completed the transaction for the sale of its wind farm located in Polczyno to a private Polish investor.

Following the sale of the Polish turbines, Athena no longer owns renewable energy plants in Poland.

The total price of the transaction was EUR 0.5M.
