The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of DOCDATA N.V., held this afternoon 11 May 2016, has approved all proposals of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.

 

During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, 5,390,312 shares were represented of the 7,000,000 shares DOCDATA N.V. entitled to the vote, representing an attendance of 77.00%.
