STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Net Insight, a leading provider of efficient and scalable transport solutions for media, IP and broadcast networks, today announces that a major telecom operator has selected the company's Nimbra MSR platform for expansion of a national media contribution and distribution network in Latin America.

The telecom operator is expanding the national media network enabling transport of JPEG2000 compressed video services over IP in a Latin American country. The Net Insight solution will provide flexible service provisioning to local broadcasters.

The order value exceeds SEK 8 million and delivery will take place during the fourth quarter 2013.
