ANNOUNCEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS (Varma and Inission, 22 December 2014)
We have been informed that Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company has sold all of its holding at Incap Corporation to Inission AB at a price corresponding with the price in cash, which Inission will offer for the shares of Incap in its intended mandatory public tender. Varma announced on 12 December 2014 that it had given an advance undertaking to Inission to accept the public tender offer as to its holding of Incap Corporation's shares and that their share of all the shares and votes at Incap Corporation would be lower than 1/20 and Varma will have no holding at Incap in case the public tender offer is accomplished.
