The 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Polarcus Limited ("Polarcus" or the "Company") (OSE: PLCS) held on 29 April 2019 elected Mr. Monish Sahni as a new board member with a term of office expiring at the Company's 2020 AGM.

Mr. Sahni is a senior financial professional with 30 years' experience in banking and hedge funds across Europe, Asia and the US. He has diverse sector experience including the shipping and logistics industries, offshore drilling, oil services and industrials. Mr. Sahni holds an MBA and a BA from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York. He is a British citizen.

With effect from the 2019 AGM, the board of directors of Polarcus comprises: Mr. Mike Mannering (Chairman), Mrs. Karen El-Tawil, Mr. Nicholas Smith, Mr. Erik Mathiesen, Mr. Tom Henning Slethei, Mr. Peter Zickerman and Mr. Monish Sahni.
