Providence Resources P.l.c. have been informed by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc on 12 March 2019 that with effect from 5 March 2019;

The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. now holds 42,047,730 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company representing 7.03% of the issued ordinary share capital.
