On 28 December 2018 AS Tallink Grupp has distributed its own shares converted to Finnish share depositary receipts (the “FDRs”) to the employees of Tallink Silja Oy and Tallink Silja AB who participated in the additional FDR reward program for the selected group of employees of Tallink Silja Oy and Tallink Silja AB announced with the stock exchange release dated 4 December 2018 (“additionalFDR reward program”).

The Company has allocated FDRs to 19 employees of Tallink Silja Oy and Tallink Silja AB. Each such employee received 750 FDRs. As a result, the Company distributed in total 14 250 FDRs to these employees pursuant to the additional FDR reward program.

As of the date of this announcement, AS Tallink Grupp holds no own shares and 16 500 own FDRs.
