As earlier informed, Sunti SAS has issued a summons to Savosolar Plc ("Savosolar") to attend the commercial court of justice in Montpellier due to an alleged breach of contract by Savosolar.

On Friday 22 of June, 2018, preliminary hearing was held where the court defined schedule for the legal proceedings. According to the schedule, there will be written preparation until October when the court decides the timing for the first verbal hearing. Savosolar expects to receive the court's verdict before the end of this year. The parties may appeal on the verdict to the higher court.

As earlier stated, Savosolar considers Sunti's claim for compensation to be without just cause.
