AS Tallink Grupp („the Company“) announces that the Company's subsidiary OÜ TLG Hotell will cease to operate the Pirita Spa Hotel from 15 November 2018 due to the sale of the property by the Company's major shareholder AS Infortar.

The transaction has no significant impact on the consolidated financial results of AS Tallink Grupp.
