Reference is made to press release on results of the shareholders meeting, from 24 July 2018, approving to reduce the Company's share capital by ISK 13,000,000 from ISK 200,000,000 to ISK 187,000,000 nominal value, by reducing the Company's own shares. Reference is also made to the market news from Nasdaq Iceland today.

The reduction of share capital is completed.

Before the reduction own shares amounted to 6.68% of share capital, but after the reduction own shares amount to 0.19% of share capital.

The share capital of the company is now ISK 187,000,000 nominal value, but number of Company's own shares is ISK 360,770 nominal value.
