RAPID CITY, S.D. - Jan. 26, 2018 - Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced a one-day delay of its earnings release and conference call schedule to allow more time to complete a comprehensive review of disclosures relating to tax reform. 

The company will announce its 2017 fourth quarter and full year earnings after the market closes Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018, and will host a live conference call and webcast at 11 a.m. EST on Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, to discuss the company's fourth quarter and full year financial results and the impacts from tax reform.
