Oppenheimer  downgraded shares of Zipcar (NYSE: ZIP) from an outperform rating to a perform rating. Their analysts now have a $8.00 price target on the stock, down previously from $24.00.

Morgan Stanley  downgraded shares of Zipcar (NYSE: ZIP) from an overweight rating to an underweight rating.

JPMorgan Chase  downgraded shares of Zipcar (NYSE: ZIP) from an overweight rating to a neutral rating.
