Municipality Finance Plc issues SEK 2 billion notes on 13 October 2025. The maturity date of the notes is 1 November 2028. The notes bear interest at a floating rate equal to 3-month Stibor plus 150 bps per annum.

The notes are issued under MuniFin’s EUR 50 billion programme for the issuance of debt instruments. The offering circular, the supplemental offering circular and the final terms of the notes are available in English on the company's website at https://www.kuntarahoitus.fi/en/for-investors.

MuniFin has applied for the notes to be admitted to trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki. The public trading is expected to commence on 13 October 2025.

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) act as the Dealer for the issue of the notes.
