AwoX Lights up IFA 2013 With More Musical Innovations!

Building on the success of its first range of connected multimedia products, AwoX Striim, and its innovative Awox StriimLIGHT™ Bluetooth light bulb, AwoX will present AwoX StriimLIGHT Wi-Fi™ at the IFA international consumer electronics trade show. Equipped with a 10W speaker, this new LED bulb that fits an E27 socket will stream all the music stored on your tablet, Smartphone or computer, and has greater range than the Bluetooth version.

Moreover, thanks to a synchronisation function, users will be able to add as many bulbs as they wish, making this a congenial multi-room solution with powerful sound! On the lighting side, AwoX StriimLIGHT Wi-Fi™ has a dimmer switch to let you define your own preferred ambience. AwoX has also announced the launch of AwoX StriimLIGHT mini™ to fit an E14 socket, which shares the same characteristics as the Awox StriimLIGHT™ Bluetooth. Equipped with a 3W speaker, AwoX StriimLIGHT mini™ is easy to install in desk, bedside or other lamps.  

A further innovation to be showcased is AwoX StriimSound™, a hi-fi device labelled "acoustic engineering by Cabasse" which lets you stream Internet radio or any audio digital file from your tablet, Smartphone or computer via wi-fi or Bluetooth.

The AwoX StriimSound can be positioned horizontally or vertically as required and is very easy to operate, in the same manner as the range of light bulbs, via the new AwoX StriimCONTROL application which can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Available in Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Switzerland), and coming soon in the USA and Canada, the AwoX Striim range now features another three products that will be on sale by the end of the year.
