The number of shares and votes in Nordic Mines AB (publ) has increased in February due to a rights issue. The total number of shares and votes as of February 28, 2013 amounts to 341,216,952.

As of February 1, 2013, the total number of shares and votes in Nordic Mines AB (publ) amounted to 337,505,921. This means that the total number of shares and votes has increased with 3,711,031 shares and votes during February 2013.
