Minipan: leader in designing and manufacturing of breadsticks machines, taralli machines, forming machines for bakery products like: bread snacks, special bread and also gluten free products and depositor for biscuits, cookies and pastries, is proud to invite IBA attendants to visit its in-booth CONCEPT BAKERY. On the occasion of our 55th year manufacturing bakery machines, we have invited one of the most talented and in-demand food technologists in Italy to participate with us in creating something much more profound and complete than a simple series of machine demonstrations.Mr. FABRIZIO NISTRI was born in Florence in 1966 and grew up involved from a young age in his father's Tuscan Bakery. Always exploring and pushing the boundaries of his knowledge, he developed a successful professional career as a consultant, co-operating with some of the most important artisan and industrial bakeries in Italy, as well as retail chains, schools, universities, and trade journals.
