Wanda Group announces 2015 full year results

Wanda Commercial Properties' revenue in 2015 came in at RMB190.45 billion, which was 101.3% of the target for the whole year. It increased by 4.4% YoY. Commercial Properties' revenue of 2015 included RMB164.08 billion in real estate contract revenue, which was 101.5% of the target for the whole year and a 2.5% increase YoY. Total rental income in 2015 was RMB14.4 billion, which was 101.1% of the target for the whole year, and it increased by 30.7% YoY. Rent collection rate in 2015 was 100%. Rent is expected to account for over 35% of Wanda Commercial Properties' revenue. Hotels' revenue hit RMB5.24 billion in 2015, which was 101% of the target for the whole year, and it increased by 22.5% YoY. Owner's profits totaled RMB710 million, which was 119.7% of the target for the whole year and it increased by 22.4% YoY. It increased by 22% YoY. 26 new Wanda Plazas and 10 new hotels with a total of 2,796 guest rooms came into operation in 2015.

Wanda Cultural Industry Group posted revenue of RMB51.28 billion in 2015, which was 114% of the target for the whole year, and it increased by 45.7% YoY. According to AMC's Q3 income which was announced to be US$14 billion, its whole year revenue is estimated to be over US$19 billion, increasing by 9% YoY and outperforming the whole-year target. Wanda Cinema Line's revenue was RMB8 billion, increasing by 49.9% YoY. Its box office totaled RMB6.3 billion, increasing by 49.6% YoY. Online revenue was RMB4 billion, up more than 240% YoY. Its Wan's Club members totaled more than 50 million. Consumption by members accounted for more than 80% of its revenue. Cinema attendance stood at 151 million times, increasing 48.9% YoY. The total number of cinemas and screens is 292 and 2,557 respectively.

Wanda Financial Group's revenue in 2015 was RMB20.89 billion, which was 697% of the whole year target.
