The Board of North Energy ASA (NORTH) has today approved the annual accounts for 2017. Compared with the interim 2017 accounts, presented on 15 February 2018, the annual accounts incorporate North Energy's share of the unaudited result for the fourth quarter 2017 from the associated company Reach Subsea ASA. This update has no effect on the annual net result for North Energy compared with the interim accounts.

The Annual Report for 2017, with complete annual accounts, will be published through a stock exchange announcement and on the Company website www.northenergy.no during April 2018.
