AKVA group ASA ("AKVA" or the "Company") refers to its announcement on 6 September 2018 regarding the divestment of AKVA's wholly-owned subsidiary Wise lausnir ehf ("Wise") to Advania Holding hf. ("Advania") (the "Transaction").

The estimated final deadline for the Icelandic Competition Authority to clear the Transaction has now been updated to on or about 24 June 2019. AKVA and Advania are still working with a goal to obtain clearance during the first quarter of 2019 as previously announced.
