The election committee in Norske Skog proposes Siri Beate Hatlen and Karen Kvalevåg as new members of the Board of Directors of Norske Skog. The Board of Directors proposes to the general meeting to discontinue the corporate assembly in Norske Skogindustrier ASA. "The proposals of the election committee are unanimous. The proposed candidates will strengthen Norske Skog in what is a demanding period for the company," says the chair of the election committee, Tom Ruud.
