The total number of registered ordinary shares issued by the Company is 648 002 629; ISIN code LT0000128571.

Taking into account the results of the open selection procedure, on 27 March, 2019 the Supervisory Board of the Company elected the new member of the Management Board Rimgaudas Kalvaitis. The elected member of the Management Board of the Company shall start his duties as of the end of the meeting of Company's Supervisory Board that elected him.

After the meeting of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of the Company has elected Rimgaudas Kalvaitis as the Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
