Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) today announced that it has been named as a Leader in Gartner's "Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs" report. Gartner, a leading worldwide IT research and advisory firm, evaluated vendors based on ability to execute and completeness of vision.

The integrated revenue and customer management market comprises communications service providers (CSPs) that want to purchase commercial off-the-shelf software packages that address business-critical revenue and customer management processes.
