The company informs that on the 11th of February, 2019 it received a remittance of 9 275 871.04 Eur from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania as a reparation for the potential loss that was inflicted trough the actions carried out by Alstom Power Ltd while implementing Lietuvos Elektrine's, AB Fuel Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) project, implemented from 2005 to 2009. The reparation has been ordered for the Republic of Lithuania by the court of the United Kingdom.

After evaluating the necessary tax liabilities, the abovementioned reparation shall be used for the partial coverage of the debt related to the Fuel Gas Desulphurisation (FGD) project.
