Supreme Court of Iceland grants Eimskip the right to appeal

Today Eimskip received a letter from the Supreme Court of Iceland notifying that the company´s application for the right of appeal of the Court of Appeal case from 21 July 2019 no. 416/2018: Eimskipafélag Íslands hf. vs the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Icelandic state, had been granted.  The right of appeal is granted as the Supreme Court deems that this case can create a precedent.The decisions of the Supreme Court of Iceland can be found  hereFor further information...
