o   Questus Global Capital Market, Ltd. is proud to announce a close collaboration with BMS IMPIANTI S.r.l., a leading Italian system integrator with a distinctive know-how in the Data Center and Renewable Energy sectors.

o   In the Data Center business, BMS IMPIANTI plan is that of building the largest Data Center in Europe (Tier 4 level) to provide colocation, connectivity, storage and cloud services to global operators. The project has already started and in 2013, BMS IMPIANTI has completed the construction of a 450 sqm and 5 mln EUR value Data Center in partnership with the customer Ericsson (ERIXF).

o   In the Renewable Energy business, BMS IMPIANTI's aim is that of becoming a leading player in the Central and South American Countries, with a strong focus on the Brazilian market. BMS IMPIANTI in fact has set up a company (Pure Energy) that will build-up the first Brazilian solar panels factory and will produce the first fully Brazilian solar panels by 2015

o   In order to sustain the large investment plan of BMS IMPIANTI and its listing project (BMS IMPIANTI has already started the process to be listed on the Australian National Stock Exchange - NSX), Questus Global Capital Market Ltd has contractually agreed to provide QGCM stocks to BMS IMPIANTI, in the amount of 100.000.000 shares, to raise at least 40 mln EUR. In return, Questus will receive 10% shares of BMS IMPIANTI S.r.l.

o   BMS IMPIANTI has also agreed to pay 10% of its dividends to QGCM shareholders until December 2021. Those dividends will be profits originated by the business units financed through the QGCM shares sale
