Stonesoft Corporation has received the following notification on 27 June 2013:

 

NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 9, SECTION 5 OF THE FINNISH SECURITIES MARKET ACT

 

1. Issuer of the shares

 

Stonesoft Corporation, business identity code 0837548-0.

 

2. Name of the shareholder subject to notification obligation

 

Shareholder Mr. Ilkka Hiidenheimo.

 

3. Reason for the notification

 

Mr. Ilkka Hiidenheimo's holdings in Stonesoft Corporation have decreased below 5% of the voting rights and total number of shares of Stonesoft Corporation. The completion of trades relating to McAfee Suomi Funding LLC's public tender offer for all the shares and option rights in Stonesoft Corporation have been executed today 27 June 2013. The settlement of the completion of trades is expected to take place on 2 July 2013.

 

On 6 May 2013 Mr. Ilkka Hiidenheimo issued a notification where he confirmed to have irrevocably and unconditionally undertaken to accept and to tender his shares in the offer.

 

The total number of shares registered at the Trade Register and the total number of voting rights related to them is 64,090,482 shares and voting rights.
