Altice - "The future begins today"
Paris, 14th March 2014 - Altice (Euronext: ATC) , the second-largest cable operator in Europe, welcomes the decision by Vivendi's Supervisory Board, which met on 14th March 2014, in favour of Altice for a merger between SFR and Numericable.
Bringing together SFR and Numericable will create the French and European leader in the convergence of very high speed broadband and mobile networks.
This is an ambitious, growth-oriented industrial project, which will be carried out in full respect of the commitments that Altice has undertaken with the French government.
