World Government Summit 2016: Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, UAE Vice President and Ruler of Dubai Tweets "Dialogue of the Future"

The "Dialogue of the Future" live social media event detailed sweeping changes that include a "young and flexible" government, restructured ministries, and a plan to outsource public services to the private sector. He announced the appointment of a 22 year old female minister, the youngest in the world.

Newly created positions for a Minister of State for Happiness and Minister of State for Tolerance underscore a reenergized government focused on youth, innovation, health and public satisfaction.

"The Internet is a Human Right and must be free for all," said founder of MIT's Media Lab, in a "Future of the Future" session, adding that, "The future is coming, but it won't be evenly distributed." Low-orbit satellites costing just US$10 billion could transform inequality of access created by competition.
