The areas of responsibility of Rautakesko Ltd's management to change and the organisation to be clarified starting from 1 June 2013.

 

Timo Heimo, 45, M.Sc. (Food Sc.), Business College Graduate, has been appointed Vice President responsible for IT, business models, e-services, customer relationships and corporate responsibility. Previously, Timo Heimo acted as Vice President responsible for IT and logistics at Kesko Food.

Antti Ollila, 47, M.Sc. (Agr. & For.), will be responsible for Commerce. His area of responsibility will include the building and home improvement product lines, commerce support and marketing.

Mikko Pasanen, 40, M.Sc. (Econ.), will be responsible for B2B sales.

Tommi Kasurinen, 41, D.Sc. (Econ.), will be responsible for finance, risk management, store sites, retailer operations, logistics, research and legal affairs.

Antti Meriläinen, 36, M.Sc. (Agr. & For.), will be responsible for the K-maatalous chain and his area of responsibility will include the agricultural product lines and chain management.

In other respects, the areas of responsibility will remain unchanged.

Starting from 1 June 2013, Rautakesko's management group will be composed of Terho Kalliokoski, Antti Ollila, Mikko Pasanen, Tommi Kasurinen, Timo Heimo, Mari Vuorre, Jani Karotie, Jarmo Turunen, Antti Meriläinen and the Country Directors.
