(born 1972) has been appointed as Restamax Plc's Director of Operations and a member of the Executive Team as of 18 September 2017. He will be in charge of managing and developing the restaurant operations together with the product line management.

Söderström will transfer to Restamax from the HYY Group, where he has served as the Director of Hospitality Business and a member of the Board of Directors. Between 2008-2016, Söderström worked at Tallink Silja Oy as Head of Restaurant Services in charge of restaurant operations on Silja Line branded cruise ships, Customer Experience Manager in charge of developing the customer experience, and as Product Manager in charge of restaurant-related restaurant products and concepts.

(born 1976) has been appointed as Restamax Plc's Development Director and a member of the Executive Team as of 1 September 2017. He will handle project and development tasks in the restaurant business and serve as the person in charge of product development, concepts and business ideas.

Kaikkonen has worked as Product Line Director for Restamax's food restaurants since 2013, his area of responsibility focusing on diner restaurant operations and their development. He has been employed by the company since 2011.

will step in as Restamax's CEO on 1 September 2017. The company's temporary CEO Jarno Suominen will continue in his current position until 31 August 2017, after which he will continue as the Group's CFO.
