STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 2 JANUARY 2017 at 8:00

Restamax Plc's long-standing CEO will discontinue his employment at Restamax as of 30 June 2017. Mr Virtanen has served as the Group's CEO since 2005, and he is responsible for the company's business operations, result and development. Mr Virtanen will leave his post due to personal reasons.

"A member of my family has fallen seriously ill, and in the future I want to be part of my family's everyday life more than before - now it is time for my loved ones to get my undivided attention. I have reached this decision after extensive deliberation. I greatly value the people with whom I have had the pleasure of working during the past 12 years. Together we created Restamax into a stunning success story, for which I would like to express my gratitude to all our employees. During my six-month notice, I will help the Board of Directors to find a successor to lead the company," says Mr Virtanen.

"On behalf of the entire company, I wish to thank Mr Virtanen for his significant and long-term contribution to our Group. We wish him and his family all the best," says Restamax Plc founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors .
