The Theatres Trust at PLASA 2012 - 'Celebrating Ecovenue' and Third People's Choice Award

Our 2012 People's Choice Award Candidates and their products are:

Exhibiting PLASA 2012 manufactuers nominate products they consider are making a significant difference to the resource efficiency of theatres and the winner is selected by public vote. The Award will be presented on Tuesday 11 September 2012 at 4:30pm on The Theatres Trust's stand. The event (open to PLASA visitors and exhibitors) includes a drinks reception kindly sponsored by Clay Paky.

The Theatres Trust will also present three seminars at the PLASA show:

Monday 10September2:00 - 3:00pmEnergising Culture: Powering our Cultural Venues, a joint seminar with Julies Bicycle; Tuesday 11 September from 12:30 - 1:30pm'Entertainment Technology - How can it help theatres achieve the triple bottom line?'; and on the same day, 'Evaluating Ecovenue'2:00 - 3:00pm where the final report of the Ecovenue project will be launched.

The Trust will be host to a number of events on its stand (2-N10) throughout PLASA 2012, with contributions from the Association of Lighting Designers, ABTT, Showlight and the Stage Management Association.
