Negotiations regarding sale of Icelandair Hotels

Icelandair Group has entered into final negotiations with a preferred bidder in the sales process of its subsidiary company Icelandair Hotels and associated real estate. Negotiations are based on a Memorandum of Understanding signed by the two Parties and Icelandair Group assumes to maintain 20% ownership in the sold assets. Icelandair Group has entered into final negotiations with a preferred bidder in the sales process of its subsidiary company Icelandair Hotels and associated real estate. 

Negotiations are based on a Memorandum of Understanding signed by the two Parties and Icelandair Group assumes to maintain 20% ownership in the sold assets. Icelandair Group will provide further details on the prospective buyer and the transaction, if the Parties enter into a Share Purchase Agreement. The parties expect to finalise the transaction by the end of the second quarter of 2019.
