Paris, 14 September 2016 - Groupe Partouche, one of the European gaming leaders, publishes its turnover for the third quarter (May 2016 - July 2016) of financial year 2016.

Groupe Partouche business activity is doing well : GGR, the performance indicator of the heart of the business, showed an increase more than 4% for the third consecutive quarter. So for the single 3 quarter of the year under review, GGR increased by 4,3% reaching €156.1M.

The positive orientation of all the segments of games' offering is being confirmed. Slot machines benefit from a constant enriched display by the addition of new products. Their GGR increased by 1.3%. Table games GGR is on continuous growth +20% approximately, mainly due to the use of the electronic English roulette.

Q3 consolidated turnover increased by €5.1m reaching €98.1m, + 5.4%. This increase will reach +3.6%, taking into consideration the impact in 2015 of the restatement due to the implementation of levies new regulations.

For the nine first months of the year under review, the increase in GGR reaches 4.6% and the Group' total consolidated turnover €308.5m, up by €8.7m i.e. + 4% (on a like-for-like) or 2.9% as published here, thanks to the continuous growth in GGR.

The Group' consolidated EBTIDA for the entire financial year, will benefit of the excellent conversion rate of this additional turnover on the basis of mastered operating expenses as this has been the case for several quarters.

The offset during 2015 of the application of the new regulatory methods in respect of levies (€1.7M) positively impacted the growth ratio as published for the turnover of the 3 quarter 2016.

With the restatement of this item, compared with the published growths of respectively 5% and 5.4%.

 

 

 

 

            

Business activity must be analysed taking into account the changes in the scope of consolidation in 2015 following the sales of the Chaudfontaine casino and the Garden Beach hotel in Juan-les-Pins on the one side and the closing of the La Trinité-sur-Mer casino on the other side. The following tables show developments on a like-for-like basis.
