European Energy A/S' Annual Report for 2018 is now available. It is attached to this message and available on www.europeanenergy.dk under "Investors".

The European Energy Group posted a satisfactory result for 2018 with an EBITDA of EUR 33.6 million, an EBITDA margin of 35% and EUR 25.9 million in profit before tax. The return on equity reached 23%.

European Energy experienced a rapid growth in the development pipeline of projects along with projects that are ready-to-build or under construction. The growth will be reflected in the number of projects and the size of the projects, European Energy will deliver in the coming years.

European Energy expects that 2019 will deliver an EBITDA of EUR 40-45 million and a profit before tax of EUR 30-35 million.
