SalMar - Corrected results of SalMar ASA's cash offer to acquire the remaining shares in Arnarlax AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 15 April 2019 in relation to the final results of SalMar ASA's cash offer for all the remaining shares in Arnarlax AS (the "Offer").

 

It has been discovered that there was an error in the counting of the acceptances received, and the corrected result is that SalMar ASA has received acceptances for 2,006,630 shares in Arnarlax AS in the Offer, representing approximately 7.54% of the shares in Arnarlax AS. Taking into account the 14,432,281 shares already held by SalMar ASA in Arnarlax AS prior to launch of the Offer, SalMar ASA holds a total of 16,438,911 shares in Arnarlax AS, representing approximately 61.77% of the shares in Arnarlax AS.
